Full Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

This course was designed for a fictional client.  Difficult people are everywhere, including in the workplace.  This course was designed to offer tips and tricks about how to deal with difficult people.  A better educated staff should lead to less arguing and more collaboration, thus increasing efficiency and contentment in the workplace.

Tools Used: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Canva, Zoom

Highlights: Notice the bright colors and realistic imagery.  Text on the slides is kept to a minimum and a detailed set of notes is provided to the facilitator (with the ability to adapt on-the-spot).  Notice the activities designed to keep learner engagement high and focused on the task at hand.
