This is an infographic designed to review the things that a caregiver must consider when choosing a Memory Care Facility.  It was designed to accompany a learning module in Articulate Storyline.  

Having to place a loved one into Memory Care is a very emotional experience (I know because I've done it).  There is so much to consider and if you've never navigated elder care before, it's really hard to know where to start.  This infographic gives a paired down review for anyone facing this challenging dilemma.
