Full Articulate Storyline Module
This course was designed for the fictional "Family Crisis Center of X City." Trauma - from working with clients who had been traumatized - was causing high levels of turnover among staff and volunteers. This course was designed to instruct staff and volunteers on a working definition of trauma, how to plan for future trauma (for themselves and/or clients), and how to build empathy for clients going through trauma. A better educated staff and volunteer force should then lead to a lower turnover rate.
